Objective: Research, identify, and respond to an existing food market with an entrepreneurial design perspective. Then develop a company name, food truck logo, and design scheme for an integrated brand system inluding packaging materials, employee t-shirts, poster, menu, website, and business card.
Solution: Sushi Mi is a sushi food truck stationed in various areas across the state of California. A simple yet bold design consisting of a cast of sushi roll characters provides its’ buyers with a non-formal approach to the delicacy of Japanese food. The red, black, and white color scheme carries the traditional connection to the Japan’s flag and rich cultural ties that resides within its’ country. A unique chop-stick bounded book provides a comprehensive brand identity for the company.
